To
Love Children Oath
I promise to hold children dear on the same principles as the Convention on the
Rights of the Child, and that according to my best ability and judgment, I will keep this
promise to all my colleagues.
I will to the best of my ability share knowledge and resources at no charge to help
others in the pursuit of helping children.
I will follow my best instincts, experience and intelligence to work hard in order to
not knowingly harm or to cause additional harm to the plight of the children in the world.
I will go to the benefit of all children, of females as well as males and that my
career will be dedicated to improve the lives of children that need help the most.
These children should be able to look to us as the example of
tolerance, understanding and love. I want all children to gain their security, education,
human rights, freedom, health, and future, with self-respect and dignity along with
economic and spiritual prosperity is the standard that I will live by.
Keeping in mind that all traditions, cultures and customs when
practiced in love is a safeguard for the child and their family, as that enriches all of
humanity in the process.
