Submission Guidelines

In cooperation with Rebecca House Publishing and BookSurge, we will publish electronically acceptable and finished work that is edited, proofread and illustrated including cover design. It is not the intent of the editing process to take away the style of the children writing the book.

If accepted we will assign an ISBN, and register the copyright. We will only own all rights to the electronic publishing and the copyright will remain with the creator of the work. All money from those sales will go to helping the education of the girl child in the least developed countries. For exceptional books with proven sales we will consider publishing a hard copy. We can support but can not at this time offer marketing and publicity. It is recommended that fundraising or grants be used in this regard.

For details e-mail us and if we accept your book we will e-mail you a simple agreement of the terms and conditions.

The theme of the work must be on either:

  • Any Human Right as defined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child

  • On related issues pertaining to the girl child and education in the least developed countries. Such as health, environments, security, gender inequality, women’s rights, culture, traditions, customs or the boy child Vs the girl child.

  • Solutions to the problem of the lack of education of the girl child.

It is recommended that that you use To Love Children International web site to research to get ideas and topics for your work.

The work can be for any grades and must follow traditional guidelines for length of book. Grades K-2nd. Grades 3rd – 5th. Grades 6th – 8th. Grades 9th –12th. But must not be for all ages and grades.

It can be in any style or message and can be in fiction, non-fiction, fairy tale, young adult, or a book of artwork, traditional picture book or book of posters and is only limited by your imagination.
